Hi, I'm Katarina, a passionate movement advocate and a yoga teacher. My enthusiasm for exploring various physical activities and discovering ways to feel good in my body has inspired me to guide others on their journey.

I am attending private lessons with Katka. The reason why I decided to take lessons with her is that I haven't found any other lecture in any studio comparable to her. Her lessons are unique in a way that they concentrate on flexibility aspects, which are omitted in yoga studios, but are needed, when you would like to take your yoga journey to higher level and practice yoga properly including arm balances and inversions. About me

Over the initial years, I embarked on a journey of discovery through diverse yoga styles and instructors. In 2019, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program. In 2021/22, I dedicated myself to an additional 350 hours of advanced training, diving even deeper into the art and science of yoga.

Since completing my YTT, I teach for the Yoga Federation of Europe, contributing to the education of aspiring yoga instructors.

Self-development is paramount to me and I continue to build my practice and knowledge through varied trainings such as the "Yoga for a Healthy Back", the "Yoga and Physiotherapy", "Flexibility & Body Biomechanics" 50-hour YTT, and many other workshops and classes dedicated to specific topics, breathing and meditation techniques.

In January 2024, I published my eBook: Yoga for a Healthy Back designed specifically for yoga teachers and focused on exploring alignment principles, specialized sequences, and providing tips to foster a pain-free and resilient back. The eBook guides you from modified simple variations to more advanced poses, especially suitable for students with back stiffness, and contains detailed instructions and accompanied photographs.
