About me
Over the initial years, I embarked on a journey of discovery through diverse yoga styles and instructors. In 2019, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program. In 2021/22, I dedicated myself to an additional 350 hours of advanced training, diving even deeper into the art and science of yoga.
Since completing my YTT, I teach for the Yoga Federation of Europe, contributing to the education of aspiring yoga instructors.
Self-development is paramount to me and I continue to build my practice and knowledge through varied trainings such as the "Yoga for a Healthy Back", the "Yoga and Physiotherapy", "Flexibility & Body Biomechanics" 50-hour YTT, and many other workshops and classes dedicated to specific topics, breathing and meditation techniques.
In January 2024, I published my eBook: Yoga for a Healthy Back designed specifically for yoga teachers and focused on exploring alignment principles, specialized sequences, and providing tips to foster a pain-free and resilient back. The eBook guides you from modified simple variations to more advanced poses, especially suitable for students with back stiffness, and contains detailed instructions and accompanied photographs.
