About me
Hi, I'm Katarina, a passionate movement advocate and a yoga teacher. My enthusiasm for exploring various physical activities and discovering ways to feel good in my body has inspired me to guide others on their journey.
It is my sincere believe that by incorporating stretching and mobility exercises into our routine we improve our physical capabilities and support our overall health and well-being.
Over the initial years, I embarked on a journey of discovery through diverse yoga styles and instructors. In 2019, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program. In 2021/22, I dedicated myself to an additional 350 hours of advanced training, diving even deeper into the art and science of yoga.
Since completing my YTT, I teach for the Yoga Federation of Europe, contributing to the education of aspiring yoga instructors.
Self-development is paramount to me and I continue to build my practice and knowledge through varied trainings such as the "Yoga for a Healthy Back", the "Yoga and Physiotherapy", "Flexibility & Body Biomechanics" 50-hour YTT, and many other workshops and classes dedicated to specific topics, breathing and meditation techniques.
